The First Annual 2008 "Ain't No Stoppin Us Now!" Baby Boomer Girlfriends' Retreat Hosted by Beverly Mahone, Founder of "The Diva Web of Fame" was held at the Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Walk Village Hotel 100 North Atlantic Avenue Daytona Beach, Florida on Friday to Sunday April 18-20, 2008. A Town Hall Meeting: "Baby Boomers in the New Millenium" with Dr. Shenin Sachedina M.D., Linda Lampman, Dr. Ann Ashley-Gilbert, Beverly Mahone, Shirley W. Mitchell, Dr. Marion Somers Ph.D. and Rhea Becker was taped for Airing by PBS Station WCEU-TV in Daytona Beach. This was followed by a "Meet and Greet" Reception at the Hotel with Seminars, Relaxation and Fun Times. Our Return Trip Home

On Sunday April 20 we left the Diva Event in Daytona Beach and drove just South of there to the Ponce De Leon Inlet to take some photos of Florida's Tallest Lighthouse - "The Ponce De Leon". While there, we had lunch in the Inlet at "Down the Hatch Seafood Restaurant" - A Fabulous place for steaks and seafood !!! Then we drove North up the coastline using Rt 1A stopping in St. Augustine, Florida to again take some photos of the St. Augustine Lighthouse.
